My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were upgraded, offering an amazing view of the KLCC park, but they were quite warm despite efforts to adjust the air conditioning controls. The service was warm and professional, although it lacked consistency. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, with easy access to major attractions. The dining experience was outstanding, with a diverse selection of dishes. The facilities provided added convenience to my stay.
The hotel offers top-notch rooms with everything you could need, spacious and clean, and excellent services from in-room dining, front desk staff, and poolside. However, our room was not ready upon check-in, which was a bit of a letdown.

However, the air conditioning was a bit too strong when I entered, making it feel like a sauna at first. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff members always ready to assist. The location couldn't be better, right next to a huge Suria mall and with a splendid view of KLCC park from my room. The dining experience was awesome, especially with the wide selection of choices.
